Excellent experience! Ismael, my sales rep, was /very/ friendly, patient, helpful and informative! In other words, he was just plain awesome.
This was my first time setting up a phone line of my own away from my parents' plan in addition to purchasing my own phone, and I was more than pleased with the quality of service offered here.
