Lowe's Home Improvement at 7355 Farm to Market 1960, Humble, Texas.

We bought a dishwasher and set delivery for one week because Lowe's had to order it. We paid for delivery and installation (almost the cost of the machine) and waited for Monday from 9-12. At 11:50 I received a call saying my machine had been damaged in shipping. Not good but accidents do happen. Today I went to the store to verify the new delivery date. The young lady in Appliances handled the problems with patience and grace. I am still frustrated but I feel we came to an amicable truce. I will continue to make Lowe's my number one store.
