German Auto Haus at 3501 Farm to Market 1960, Humble, Texas.

We bought a dodge ram 1500 truck from German AutoHaus in Humble,Tx off of 1960 E. . When we bought the truck there was nothing wrong with it,ran good as far as we could tell, got it home, drove it a total of 5 times and we were coming home from church Sunday morning of the first week we bought it ,and it broke down at a red light, so we get it home, Monday morning rolls around, we call a certified dodge mechanic to come and see what was wrong with the truck,come to find out,we got in writing from the mechanic that, either German Autohaus or the people who owned it before they got it poured thick oil in the engine so they could sell it only for them to finalize the paper work and get our money! so at this point my husband and I were Livid, so we do what any normal person would, do we went that Tuesday the mechanic referred us to a Attorney,so i called and was able to get right in, the advice we were given was since there was an arbitration agreement, that we would go to German Autohaus and talk to the manager and see if they would work anything out since we had only had the truck a week and 2 days and only drove it 5 times since we got it, so i made my first payment and waited til my husband could go with me to talk to this man,we went today which is the 24th of April,to try and settle something with the manager,of coarse nothing is their fault and it isn't his problem,not wanting to work anything at all out, but other than letting us skip a few payments to help us save to put a new motor in the truck, but what he offered us was not near enough to cover the expenses we were looking at to repair the truck,when we walked into the dealership he was doing a transaction with a very nice man, and i started to tell him not to sign the papers cause we had been screwed over, and there were a lot of things that they told this man that they didn't tell me when i purchased this truck it seemed really fishy to me first of all when the truck broke down i was told by the attorney to look the vehicle up on car-fax, ok i had to pay $50 out of my pocket after the truck was broken down to get a report on it, when the man was buying the car from there today, they gave him a car-fax report at the time of purchase, i was also told by the managers daughter,whom also works at the dealership at the time i purchased the truck, that if anything went wrong with the truck within so many days to just call and let them know , that they would come get the truck and fix whatever was wrong with it, so i tell you my story today because i want everyone in the Houston area to know how crooked they are i want them to suffer for business for what they have done,and i wished i could have seen some reviews and learned about this place before i even went there, but it is sketchy and very unprofessional,i mean its a man and his daughter and son that work there the son was walking around today with hickys all over his neck it just sickens me,that tell you alot right there!!!!! when we left today i had the manager write me a letter saying that if i forfeit the vehicle for repossession that he will make sure it does not go against my credit, so we will see what the outcome is. i just really want my story to get out there so that nobody else gets hoodwinked into buying a vehicle from this crooked man that lies and cheats people out of their money that had made a truck to work by his shade tree mechanic long enough to sell it,and taking advantage of good people,I BEG EVERYONE PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE TO BUY A VEHICLE!!!
